| Previous
Week's Speaker: Bennett Hoffman on Management Development |
Bennet Hoffman spoke to the club from a list of 21 items. Chief among
these was having a presentation tailored to the audience. He mentioned
that we should be careful not to use persons with Ph.D.s but people
that have practical knowledge of group dynamics. In this idea would
be group process and group development theory. (I'd
give his email but he hasn't returned emails to follow up).
I often hear ads for Teamworks doing something at Tussey Mountain
regarding team building.
