Auction item: Goldstein Invocation: Holmes Note taker: Kauffman Thank speaker: Bell Luncheon menu: (monthly menu) future assignments
Our county commissioner Scott Conklin was our speaker. He was here to tell us about the new prison. So far it is a $20,000,000 dollar project. The significant cost is for operation, especially man power, although it is a no frills operation. Counseling will be available for inmates with alcohol, drugs and other psychological problems. The prison is designed for minimal movement of prisoners. The bufdget should not increase due to modern construction. This weeks note taker: Richard Jones
Melissa Aungst, October 22; Paul
Bell, October 27; Roger Fetter, October 29;
Dennis Martella, Nov 5.
