Previous Week's Speaker: Classification talk-Russ Brooks

The speaker today was Russ Brooks giving a classification talk. Russ gave one of the other types that we don't hear to often. It wax all about his classification and you might even call it a scommercial for credit unions. Russ is the CEO/President of the SPE Federal Credit Union. Their headquarters are on Science Park Road.

On the personal side, Russ attended Penn State and went straight from school into banking. He rose through the ranks to run the retail side of a local bank. He left it in 1986 to become a consultant to banks.

In 2003 the SPE credit union asked him to run their show and he said yes.

Russ is the first presidnet of our club and a charter member.

This week’s note taker: Dennis Hampton
