LAST WEEK IN REVIEW

Visiting Rotarians: Fran Stevenson, evening club. Barb Eikmeier, Carlisle Club
Make-ups turned in: Paul (e-club)
Guests: Nicole Dirugen, an optician joining Tracy in her practice
50/50: Bonnie Abramson drew the queen of diamonds so we are down to 43 cards with a pot of about $200.
Auction: In an interesting auction in which the auctioneer put up money just so that someone wouldn't win, or so that someone would win, we saw Jim Eberly with Chuck Gambone's money, win a package of fall goodies from Pat Coble for the grand price of $34. Dick Jones was the winning bidder previously all by himself at $33.

“If we only listen to those whom we already see eye to eye, we will never create better understanding, a concept that is at the core of Rotary.”
-Martin G Molony, District 1160 Governor, Dublin Central, Ireland
    in The Rotarian, January 2006

"Of the things we think, say or do:

    Is it the TRUTH?

Is it FAIR to all concerned?

Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?"
