Auction: There were three of them from PDG Carol Walsh. #1 a pedicure
kit was won by Linda Friedman for $10; #2 was a hand cream won by Ellie
Beaver for $17; and #3 was a Satin Hand set won by Chris Potalivo for
$17

- Dana Catalano was inducted to our club, making him the second active
member of our club to emigrate from Lewistown.(I'm the other one-Paul)
- The membership committee is underway under new chairpersonship,
Terry Edwards.
- New member proposed- David Hilliard by Hugh Mose
- Hugh Mose was mentioned in the T&G for his lunch with Mimi.
What did they have or was it the talk that was stimulating? Read it
and find out!
- The evening Rotary club has its auction fund raiser on Tuesday,
May 18th.
- Membership Committee sign-up sheets are being passed out, get your
selections in to Roger for what you want to do or else you will be
placed where your help is needed most.
- We received a thankyou note from the State College High School
Prom committee
- The board approved sending two students for RYLA summer program
- The coupon book sale has ended- get your money in to Linda Friedman.
We will sell them again in August for 2005. Great job selling Rotarians!!
- Attendance was 64% last month
- Treasurers report was passed around
- Jim Eberly won the award for selling the most coupon books-19, but
over the weekend Carl Hill and Marshall Goldstein, it was learned,
actually sold more at twenty apiece and received nothing. Jim rose
to the occasion, as usual, to report the impropriety and misgiving
of the tremendous honor bestowed upon him--the coveted and much maligned
ribbon of huge salesman (or woman) ship.
- Congratulations to Carl and Marshall for their great sales or coupons-twenty
each!

- The evening Rotary club now has a list serv like us. Their

All makeup's are good for credit toward
meetings missed 14 days before or 14 days after the makeup. Makeup's made
at other Rotary Club meetings also get a dues credit. Makeup's at service
projects get attendance credit only. All makeup cards should be turned
